The client is kept up to date with order tracking information by email. Delayed delivery does not incur a right to a reduction in the price of sale.<\/p>\n<h2>Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping costs are the official Swiss Postal Service tariffs, and are subject to change by the latter.<br \/>\nAll prices are inclusive of VAT.<\/p>\n<h2>Terms of payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment at the time of the order by bank draft. Invoiced orders must be paid at reception.<br \/>\nDelayed payment will be subject to a surcharge of 5%.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns\/exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>Returns will only be accepted for defective articles or articles damaged in shipping. Any such defects must be reported within 72 hours of reception. Failure to do so voids the right to free replacement of the goods.<\/p>\n<h2>Refusal to accept deliveries<\/h2>\n<p>The client will be charged for any expenses resulting from unjustified refusal of the delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>Data protection<\/h2>\n<p>LOUISE VA AU CIN\u00c9MA treats only the data strictly required for its activity and uses it to process orders. Personal data are treated with strict confidentiality.<br \/>\nWe save current and past orders and the data relating to them in order to offer the client the best possible service.<\/p>\n<h2>Warranty\/liability<\/h2>\n<p>Our liability in relation to supplied goods is limited to the supply of replacements.
